For the next 4 weeks, each week includes three upper body days, two lower body days, and two designated rest days. I've aligned the rest days with my own schedule, but feel free to adjust them to better suit your needs. This program is one of my favorites because it features all my top workouts, giving you a glimpse into my personal fitness regimen. I am currently doing cardio 4/5 days a week on an incline treadmill!!
