Love this workout 😊👍🏽 the mix between strength, movement and flexibility was soo great 👍🏽 😊 maybe next time make them all in one “work out page” so you don’t have to mark as complete after every section 😊 but that’s just a small thing. It truly was great.

Love the longer holds for dolphin and camel... I typically don’t consider those “cool down poses” but they were wonderful stretches for closing! Left refreshed AND inspired!
