I suffer from low back pain. I would like work outs that visually show how to minimize the impact on your low back. if you need a towel or your hands somewhere placed so you can still do the work out, then show me where .... I wish I could complete the whole 11-12 min but I stop frequently because ny low back starts to hurt.
