What type of workouts are you sharing?
Six Pack by Heather Black workouts are always 20 minutes or less, so they're great for adding to the end of your regular training session or on your "active rest" days 🙂
Do the workouts require any equipment?
Most of the time no equipment is needed! For your own comfort you can use a yoga mat, but it's not a necessity. Every now and then you might need a light dumbbell or household object, but that's about it!
What if I can't do some of the exercises yet?
Visit my "Insights" page where I explain a few ways you can modify the movements to meet you where you are.
How often should I do a Six Pack by Heather Black core workout?
I suggest at least twice a week, but 3 times is best!
