Level 1

5 rounds

in 90 seconds, complete: 
40 mountain climbers*
10 sit ups
max v-ups in remaining time

*R+L = 1 rep
1 minute rest between rounds

Level 2

5 rounds

in 90 seconds, complete: 
40 mountain climbers*
10 sit ups
max alternating v-ups in remaining time

*R+L = 2 reps
1 minute rest between rounds

5 rounds

in 90 seconds, complete: 
40 mountain climbers*
10 sit ups
max v-ups in remaining time

1 minute rest between rounds

*R+L = 1 rep

Start in a full plank position with hands directly under shoulders and legs fully extended.

Draw one knee toward your elbow. Quickly repeat with the other knee and elbow.

Continue alternating quickly while drawing your knee as close to your elbow as possible. 

Keep hips down and core tight. 

Repeat for the prescribed amount of reps.

(Typically, R+L = 1 rep.)

Mountain Climbers

Start by lying on the ground with knees bent and bottoms of your feet touching. Your arms should be stretched overhead. 

The movement begins by using your core to sit upright until you can touch your hands to your feet. 

Your upper body should be perpendicular to the ground at the top of each rep. 

Return to the starting position and repeat for the prescribed number of reps.

Butterfly Sit Ups

Start by lying on the ground, legs extended, toes pointed, and arms straight overhead.

The movement begins by raising both your legs and arms at the same time, reaching toward your toes with your hands. 

Your shoulders should come completely off the ground.

Return to the starting position and repeat for the prescribed amount of reps.

V-Ups

Level 1

5 rounds

in 90 seconds, complete: 
40 mountain climbers*
10 sit ups
max alternating v-ups in remaining time

*R+L = 2 reps
1 minute rest between rounds

Start by lying on the ground, legs extended, toes pointed, and arms straight overhead.

The movement begins by raising one arm and the opposite leg at the same time, reaching toward that foot with your hands. 

You will then do the same thing with the other arm and opposite leg. 

Your shoulders should come completely off the ground with each rep.
 
Continue alternating left and right for the prescribed number of reps. 

(Typically, each time you lift your leg counts as one rep.)
