Hi! 👋 My name is Heather and I'm an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and Precision Nutrition coach. I'm also the Health & Wellness Director of Restore at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery here in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. AND I'm the mom of 4 very active boys! Training Requirements
Many of these workouts can be completed with no equipment at all, but for some you might need dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands.
