Hi! 👋 My name is Heather and I'm an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, and Precision Nutrition coach. I'm also the Health & Wellness Director of Restore at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery here in beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. AND I'm the mom of 4 very active boys! That being said, I understand how challenging it can be to fit a healthy lifestyle into your already crazy schedule. Training Requirements

Many of these workouts can be completed with no equipment at all, but for some you might need dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. Check the intro section of each program to see what equipment you'll need to have on hand. You can also check my "Fave Products" insight to learn more about which gear I use and love.
