Yes! I found myself yesterday holding my breath (always have, especially when I was trying to keep my core engaged) but I kept catching myself and telling myself to breath.

I am unable to do regular deadlifts with a barbell, and was not sure if I had the accurate RDL form. The tip of utilizing the wall is extremely beneficial.
