I’m starting obstacle course race training with a few clients in the morning in preparation for a MUD run in May, so this stretch couldn’t have come at a better time-especially after yesterday’s Tabata!  Looking forward to it ☺️

It’s Saturday morning for me in Aus and could have just stayed in bed but glad already I’m up to complete my workouts.

That’s one very important lesson that I learned in my short 62 years on this earth.  You have to have a plan.  
As simple as that may sound, so many people fail to plan.🙏🏾❤️👊🏾
