What is a strength PB?
A strength PB is the heaviest weight your incredible body can lift for 1 repetition! The strength and confidence you’ve built over these past 6 months has hopefully empowered you to see exactly what your body is capable of in this programme!
How do I know what weight to use for 5 reps?
When it comes to the weights you use it’s all in the reps. The weight you choose should feel harder towards the end of the reps - so in this case, reps 4/5 should feel harder. If you feel like you can keep going, increase the weight! I’ve created a section on my Insights that covers this too!
What if I’m not ready to try for a strength PB?
If you still feel like you need to build your confidence and strength with things that’s completely OK! This is your journey and it’s so important you do things at your own pace. If you’re not ready to try for that PB yet, stick to the normal sets and reps for the movements - 3x10 (weeks 1/2) and 4x10 (weeks 3/4) ♥️
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need to train with me is your incredible body, resistance bands and access to a gym!
What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this programme is to help you build the strength and confidence you deserve, not only with using weights and the movements themselves, but within yourself and that incredible body of yours!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Whether you’re a beginner with weights or someone who is looking to add more structure to their routine, my easy to follow programmes and helpful insights and resources will support you every step of the way!
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Give yourself the kindness and grace you deserve, focussing on acknowledging and appreciating the progress you are making in ALL of it’s forms, no matter how small! Remind yourself whatever you are capable of each week is enough and let yourself build this confidence without pressure!
How to schedule the program into a week?
My programmes are there to be adapted around YOU, how you feel, your body and your life. Make sure you schedule your work out days in whatever order suits you best, prioritising the days you enjoy when you have weeks where your time is limited! Never forget, you are not a machine. Your best might look different every week but its still your best!
What if I’m not ready for this programme yet?
If you still feel like you need to continue building your confidence with your current programme that’s completely fine! Always move onto the seventh programme when YOU are ready, there’s absolutely no pressure and it’s so important you go at your own pace!
What if I have a question that isn’t answered here?

This was my first time with the smith machine hack squats. It took a few attempts to get it to feel comfortable, focused on form with it and slowly added some weight. Can’t wait to start getting stronger with it. I always feel more confident adding in a new exercise with your videos as a guide. Thank you
