I have done this 30 minute cycle a few times and it’s my all time favorite! This is the one where I first discovered you on YouTube at the beginning of the pandemic when my gym closed. The music is so upbeat and I loved the entire workout! 
My daughter has been a spin instructor for about 5 years and teaches very similarly to you. That’s probably why I love you so much!!

Started riding with Gabi 4 years ago doing YouTube rides. Had no clue what a tap-back, down-back-forward-up, etc. Riding this 4 years later I realize that while I was reasonably fit the first major challenge was in developing the muscle memory to do the movements efficiently. I think I have accomplished that!
