Started riding with Gabi 4 years ago doing YouTube rides. Had no clue what a tap-back, down-back-forward-up, etc. Riding this 4 years later I realize that while I was reasonably fit the first major challenge was in developing the muscle memory to do the movements efficiently. I think I have accomplished that!

This is not about the workout itself I think this file might be corrupted. It stopped playing after 16 minutes no matter what I did restarting etc.

I miss classes like this. This is why I joined- high energy music like this. I am realizing after doing this older class that  the music has changed as  well as the energy in gabs classes. Bring back this music- and make music louder.  This class was perfect!
