I remember this ride from 2018, the second one on Youtube, but it was another video it the same playlist and sets. A great reminder of how much we can grow. Back then I was so scared of tapbacks and double beats, now I do them and I fly! Thank you!

I remember this ride being so hard for me when I first started riding with you a little over a year ago. It was so fun to go back and see where I started! I know you get so many suggestions on rides and music but I was curious if you’ve ever thought about going back and revamping some of these old rides? Maybe put some of the new choreography in them like we have now. Still fun as heck though! 😝

Started riding with Gabi 4 years ago doing YouTube rides. Had no clue what a tap-back, down-back-forward-up, etc. Riding this 4 years later I realize that while I was reasonably fit the first major challenge was in developing the muscle memory to do the movements efficiently. I think I have accomplished that!
