Awesome workout. I’m a beginner so it was challenging in a good way, the music and your compassion as a leader keeps me going. Would it be possible to have beginner workouts that are longer than 20-30 mins? I struggled with keeping up with the choreography timing, other options would be super if a beginner like me can’t keep up. Thank for ALL the great music and for being such a gifted leader.

Started riding with Gabi 4 years ago doing YouTube rides. Had no clue what a tap-back, down-back-forward-up, etc. Riding this 4 years later I realize that while I was reasonably fit the first major challenge was in developing the muscle memory to do the movements efficiently. I think I have accomplished that!
