My name is Paul Gonzalez and I am a husband of a beautiful wife, father to three amazing little world changers and an inspiring leader of many to become the best versions of themselves in the day to day of this thing we call life. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
