That was so challenging but it felt so good once I finished! I pushed myself in that 2nd round for sure! Mickaela challenged herself & used 15lb weights into the 2nd round for those bicep curls so I chsoe to try to, I made it all the way with like 3 seconds left and I struggled to lift up that 15 but for never using them for arms & only butt exercises, I feel like I did great & I will only improve from here! Thanks gor pushing me girl! 💪🏼 I am feeling so good! 🌶🔥

This was so good!! I'm also so happy to see progress because in the holiday challenge I did bear crawls with modification and now I did it without modification! 💪☺️ it's those little Wins 💜
