That was so challenging but it felt so good once I finished! I pushed myself in that 2nd round for sure! Mickaela challenged herself & used 15lb weights into the 2nd round for those bicep curls so I chsoe to try to, I made it all the way with like 3 seconds left and I struggled to lift up that 15 but for never using them for arms & only butt exercises, I feel like I did great & I will only improve from here! Thanks gor pushing me girl! 💪🏼 I am feeling so good! 🌶🔥

Such a good one! I love the additional weights you got, it’s motivating me to upgrade my home gym too!!

I haven’t worked out in like a week and a half cause life 😅 but I had time this morning so I decided to do this full body one and I’m SO glad I did !! It felt so good to move my body 🔥💪🏻

I think the plank push ups were more humbling than the lateral shoulder raises 😅😅

LOVED this EMOM with all the upper body moves 🤩🙌🏼 Also love that Mickaela always shares great affirmations during the Live workouts 🤍 Asking myself “why am I here and what do I want to get out of this workout?” Reminds me that I am working out to stay healthy while pregnant and for my baby girl 🤍
