It's 4 in the morning but i couldn't stop doing these trainings 😍 wow to the mobility in the beginning and at the end. That's something most people miss in their training. Even dancers at a lot of danceclasses. The queing, telling us what to focus on, is top notch (how Dylan does it). Yay for another completed workout and satisfied feeling 🎉 (and less cramped up body)
