It's 4 in the morning but i couldn't stop doing these trainings 😍 wow to the mobility in the beginning and at the end. That's something most people miss in their training. Even dancers at a lot of danceclasses. The queing, telling us what to focus on, is top notch (how Dylan does it). Yay for another completed workout and satisfied feeling 🎉 (and less cramped up body)

This one went fast. Skipping a bit through the stretches. I can’t sit in a squat position at the bottom. Gee the last part is hard. I need some more practice doing that last 15 mins.

😍😍😍and🥵😂. how much you learn in one class!  even with my poor level of English 😁.  I would love for the videos to have subtitles in Spanish😁 because very good advice is given in terms of technique, but I am learning a lot from Ori, listening to my body and practicing a lot of language listening to the hilarious teacher.
