Another fun filled workout that will surely make you sweat, cry, and laugh.  I promise you’ll love it. 
Every workout is challenging but for those of you who know me know that I love to finish the week strong because it sets the tone for the weekend and drizzles into next week.

Party starter, as the name implies, is just about setting the tone for the remainder of the workout. It won’t exhaust you but will definitely get you that glazed donut look 😃 🍩

2:2 ratio. Complete two jumping jacks and follow with alternating tin mans

Start in a squat and explode up and twist to the right 

Back to a squat and twist to the left. 


** modification - if you cannot do this movement modify by simply performing a squat.

Hands underneath your glutes with palms down.  

Shoulders lifted and chin tucked 

Switch between the two movements every 5 seconds.

Party Starter

No funny business. All strength and no cardio

With a single arm front racked position perform a squat. 

12 reps per arm

Front Racked Single Arm Squat

Lower your body to the ground. 

Lift your hands and go out into a T

Pull your elbows back in and bring your hands on underneath your elbows

Press and return to start by pressing yourself all the way up

Chest to floor + T push up

Block 1

Now we doing some cardio. Get ready for some strength and cardio mixed

Reps are counted as a total.  For example if the exercise calls for 20 reps that is 10 reps per leg 

With weights racked at the shoulders 

Perform alternating lunges with a double pulse with each step. 

Make sure to keep your torso upright and elbows tucked.

Double Pulse Walking Lunge

This is a modification for those that don’t have a barbell.  Use a dumbbell with bands over thighs.

Dumbbell Hip Thrust (modified for barbell)

Pick those knees up like you're running from a bear. 

Don't forget to use your arms and keep your gaze straight ahead

High Knees

Holding onto a steady surface 

Band over your knees 

Point your left toe and kick back at an angle with your left leg 

Perform prescribed time for each side.

Standing Lateral Abduction (Camila)

Jump Rope

Start by sitting on the floor. 
Knee bent and feet hovering 1-2inches off the ground. 
Torso should be 45 degrees to the ground. 
Start by holding the dumbbell with both hands and twist side to side.

Block 3

This finisher is super simple in that there are only two movements. 

Simple doesn’t mean easy though. 
I want you to set a timer for  5 minutes and perform 
•  5 squat thrusters 
• 5 burpees 

Need I say more? Enjoy!!

Start with a traditional squat stance and dumbbells racked at your shoulders. 
Drop down by pushing your hips back and bending your knees. 
Stop when your thighs are parallel to the ground. 
Return to standing position and push dumbbells overhead.

DB Squat and Press

Place hands to the ground. 

Hop both feet back into high plank. 

Lower your body to the ground

Pop up and with hands overhead reach towards the sky.

Although these workouts are shorter than the Beach Body ones, I might say they are harder. The HIIT parts just kill me 🥵🥵 and I used to be a HIIT girl, but nowadays I prefer weight training. But I love that this program is shorter:)
