This week can easily be made into a 5 day training. If you are someone that only trains 5 days a week, just cut out the conditioning. Now your rest day, put this day wherever you need to. It does not need to be Sunday. Listen to your body, put it where you need it. Feel free to add in some cardio or abs this day, work on a lagging body part, OR take the day off and spend with your family.
