I spent over 20 years in competitive gymnastics, a subjectively judged sport that was scored on aesthetics and was highly imaged based. I spent my youth dodging comments from coaches and peers about my appearance and weight. I watched countless teammates battle troubling relationships with their body image and food. Gymnasts were always called the “jacked” girls on the school playground. Part of my whole identity as a child was “the strong girl”. Standing out for my strength and muscles was once an insecurity in my youth, but now, it is my SUPERPOWER. 💥
As I’ve grown in the fitness and wellness space, I’ve learned that the physical strength we see, is merely one component we develop on our fitness journey. This is the byproduct of the strength we’ve built within ourselves along the way. The real transformation starts on the inside, building our inner strength and belief within ourselves. As I retired from college gymnastics, I learned that although this criticism was challenging at times, I have harnessed an abundance of strength within myself over 20 years spent in this sport. And I’m here to lead the pack; creating strong, beautiful and capable bodies, from the INSIDE OUT. Because beauty is STRENGTH. And that is OUR superpower.

We build habits and routines that will honor your body and serve you throughout your whole lifetime. We are holistically minded, and research driven. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with years of Personal Training clients under my belt, I can assure you that when we focus on our wellness, the fitness follows.
