Dual Dumbbell Alternating Reverse Lunge

- Soft bend in both knees and hips (athletic position) 
- Pick a spot on the ground, and perform short rotational pogo hops back and forth over spot

Rotating Two Pogo Hop

- Stand with feet shoulder width apart
- Lower in to the bottom of a squat pushing your hips back and down
- Stand up out of squat to full hip extension keeping your chest up
- Your knees should be inline with your toes

Alright, ready to get going. That is a huge intake bump for me, but that’s why I’m here.

Week 1 Habit - Drink at least 100oz water

I have a treadmill that works with my standing desk. I try and get in (3) 30-minute or (2) 45-minute sessions for a total of 90 minutes walking while working. It’s been great! (I work from home)

Week 2 Habit - 8,000 Steps Per Day

Recently fell in love with everything bagel seasoning in a bucket of cottage cheese. Sooooo yummm!

Week 3 Habit - Eating Protein

Week 4 Habit - 10 minutes of mobility a day

Week 5 Habit - 3 Min Diaphragmatic Breathing Per Day

Week 6 Habit - Hit 7 days of all 5 habits!

Just coming out of another core challenge, excited to keep working!
