Outline and Objectives
This video course will teach you the fundamentals of boxing.  For the next 7 days you will watch, study, and learn various techniques covered in the 3 videos for that day.  Each video covers a specific skill set and will come with "homework" to help you master the techniques covered.
You may choose to do more than 3 videos per day (or space them out if you are getting stuck on a certain skill), but please do not skip ahead.  Each video builds on the previous skill set.
Once you have completed the course you will be able to train like a real boxer using proper technique.  Whether you are doing it for the fitness benefits or are a wrestler transitioning to MMA, I am confident that you will build a solid boxing foundation that can be used for a lifetime.
