Holy moly! My hips are extremely tight, overall just have poor mobility esp after an arthroscopic survey on both knees. So this was a really great intro for me. Will continue this until it becomes easy and movements are fluid!

I'm not extremely well versed in shoulder exercises but I have an inflamed rotator cuff. I was looking at these exercises to try and they have no sound and the ones you explain with text are mostly cutoff

The floss was my favorite one! Hip is extremely tight and slants a bit - SI joint is pushed inwards on the right side and left shoulder is rotated forwards this is fabulous all around
