Time blocking is huge! We need to learn to set aside time in our day for our health. We get one body to live in so we should be prioritizing our health over everything else. Just dedicate 3-5 days a week for 45 minute workouts

This is beginner level training the sets can be modified to 2 sets rather than 3 for very new people
