I’m a flight attendant and Army National guard soldier. My life is constantly changing with me traveling 18+ days a month while Balancing an active and fit lifestyle. I’ll teach you how to stay active and fit while crunched for time. I have bodyweight programs designed to help maximize your time in a crunch or if you don’t have access to a gym. Also there will fitness programs designed for athletes and elite soldiers looking to take their training to the next level in attempts to be a hybrid athlete + Food and nutrition tips I use to stay healthy while traveling

Training Requirements

My fitness style is adaptive training so there will be training styles on here for everyone. Some requiring weights or bands and also programs that just require your body.


Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally accredited company (NETA) 2nd place finisher in men’s physique competition College athlete : NCWA Wrestling Qualifier at 184 lbs
