Does the workouts require any equipment?
Most workouts will focus on using bodyweight and kettlebells. With many people working out at home during the pandemic I am trying to keep equipment usage to a minimum. If you want to see workouts with a variety of other equipment, please message me!
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
To build your body into a lean, mean machine. Outside of aesthetics I want to help you build skills and a positive relationship with your body to help drive overall health through the roof. Your body is the vehicle that you drive through life, so why not upgrade your Hyundai for a Ferrari.
What type of workouts are you sharing?
Total body workouts with specific focuses ranging from Strength, Conditioning, CrossFit-esque, Mobility/Flows, and Skill work. Improve your movement, learn skills, build strength and stamina 💪
