Personal Trainer, Health Coach

Chris is a Tier 3+ Coach and EFTI Master Instructor at Equinox in Greenwich Village in Manhattan. Chris delivers the highest level of individualized health coaching by addressing obstacles both inside and outside of the gym. He takes a 360˚, habit based approach to health by addressing the areas of Mindset, Movement, Nutrition and Regeneration to give each client the most effective and personalized program. Data driven benchmarks and process goals coupled with outcome based decision making helps to develop a clear path forward with measurable results. Chris wants to help his clients to get "un-stuck" and reach that next level by elevating their lifestyle to match their ambition. Chris has been helping clients in Manhattan to live healthier lifestyles since 2015 when he joined Equinox's Personal Training team. Chris also became an Equinox Brand Ambassador, starring in Equinox’s Personal Training Marketing Campaigns and Fitness Contributor for articles by Furthermore Magazine. In 2016, Chris signed with Wilhelmina Models as part of the Sports + Fitness Division and has since been featured by Health Magazine, Under Armour, Designow, Naboso Technology, Furthermore Magazine, Equinox, and the cover of the May 2017 issue of Runner's World Magazine. Chris joined forces with the Playbook App in 2017 to bring his top tier content to a larger audience. In 2018, Chris began assistant coaching with StrongFirst at their SFG1 certification. In 2019, Chris joined Equinox’s Fitness Training Institute (EFTI) as a Master Instructor, helping educate and develop the trainers within Equinox’s Personal Training Department for the NYC Region.
Training Requirements
My workouts will be mostly based on bodyweight and kettlebells while the Pandemic has most people avoiding gyms and equipment limited. If you have special equipment that you would like to utilize, please let me know.
