Personal Trainer, foodie,

Hi everyone, it’s chloe! aka Chlochlosfit;) I’m an NFPT certified personal trainer. I’m also a full-time college student, studying marketing at the University of Iowa! I’ve been an athlete my entire life, I played softball, soccer, volleyball, and competed in all-star cheerleading up until high school (2015), that’s when I fell in love with track. I joined a training group to train in the off-season and that’s where it clicked for me. I learned so much about the importance of nutrition, training, resting, etc! I fell in love with the process of it all and that’s where my love built into a passion. People began noticing the changes I was making and started asking questions. It was often “what workouts are you doing” or what do you eat”? So I began sharing my passion on social media and found it to be my outlet, it’s what excited me each day and gave me that extra drive. After graduating high school I knew I needed to peruse my passion, so I decided to get my CPT! Incorporating fitness into my life has been nothing but positive. It’s given me a new level of confidence. It’s helped me develop goals to strive for whiling giving me more energy throughout the day, more strength, independence, and an even more positive outlook on life.
Goals
My playbook will help guide you through the gym, with easy to follow but will be made challenge and push you! There will be an assortment of workouts for you to try! These will include gym based weight training workouts, dumbbell only, HIIT, and even some easy delicious recipe to try out!
Training Requirements
Majority of the workouts provided will require access to a gym, with barbells, dumbbells and machines! Although, I’ll also provide workouts that require minimal equipment. These will include dumbbell only workouts, bodyweight HIIT, treadmill workouts and more!
