This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! Most of my workouts will require basic gym equipment and weights. Several workouts can be done with just dumbbells or barbells. You will have access to workouts that require minimal equipment (like a yoga mat). There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
How often is new content added? Each week I post new content. My workouts are not only fun, but also effective to lose weight, build muscle, and build strength.
