My name is Caleb Amouzou. I am an online coach, a software engineer and a commercial farmer. I enjoy the gym, the routine, the process and seeing the physical evolution. I also enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals. 11 years ago, my dad suggested I join a gym with my cousins who had just started working out. I was really skinny and only weighed 132 lbs. I trained for months without knowledge and honestly, very little interests. I began to see my body change and started to love working out. I have learned a lot over the years and have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals. Let’s work together to start your fitness journey!

I'm a beginner, is Playbook for me?
No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, in addition to me, you will have access to hundreds of other top trainers who will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Most of my workouts will require basic gym equipment and weights. Several workouts can be done with just dumbbells or barbells. You will have access to workouts that require minimal equipment (like a yoga mat). There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
How often is new content added?
Each week I post new content. My workouts are not only fun, but also effective to lose weight, build muscle, and build strength.
