I have 2 babies and 2 different postpartum experiences. I gained 70lbs with my first, lost it all within 1 year, and became the fittest I’ve ever been. I then gained 65lbs with my second, and am learning to love my body for the amazing life creating force that it is. I’ve learned it’s more than just loosing weight, it is getting your whole body system back in balance; muscles, fascia, bones, and more 💖
