Jacob Delara

I am a 24 year-old natural bodybuilder and fitness coach. My mission is to help people of all ages become the best version of themselves through improving training, nutrition, recovery, and mindset. I found my love for bodybuilding when I was 13 years old. Originally, I began lifting to get stronger for football and because I struggled with my self image due to acne and being skinny. Upon starting college, I became more serious about bodybuilding and realized this was my passion. Four years later, I graduated with a bachelors degree from Arizona State University. I also became an OCB pro natural bodybuilder as well as a certified personal trainer. Today, I am lucky to call bodybuilding and coaching my career. Bodybuilding/fitness is more than just obtaining a good physique. Taking care of your body will sharpen your mind, improve your health, and promote all different aspects of your life. You only have one life to live, and only one body to live it through.

Frequently asked questions

Is this for beginners?
Yes. This is for people of all levels no matter your age, gender, or background. To help you learn correct form, I have detailed explanations with specific cues for each exercise as well as video tutorials of me performing the movement in the gym. All of my programs can be done whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced lifter. In addition, I do have a dumbbell only workout for beginners specifically!
How much does the app cost?
The app is only $8.00/month when you sign up for a year or $14.99/month when you sign up for a month and you can cancel any time. There is also a 7 day free trial to see if this is right for you!
What if I only have free weights and no access to a gym?
No need to worry. I have an entire program titled "Dumbbell Only" which is dedicated to those with limited equipment. The only things needed are dumbbells and an adjustable bench. I started my fitness journey at 13 years old in my parent's garage with my dad's old dumbbells and beat-up bench from his college days. I trained here for 2 full years before I even stepped foot in a commercial gym. It is a great way to learn the basics of stability, intensity, and execution. Building your foundation with free weights will set you up for success down the line. You don't need much to build muscle!
