The warm up routine I do before every upper body session!
I’ve always been a strong advocate of warming up well before training sessions. These are the upper body and lower body routines I do every time before I begin my workouts. In addition to these warm up movements, I also walk on the treadmill or bike for 5-10min as well to get my heart rate up. I hope this helps you get loose and prevent any injurties while training!
