Pull-Up Program

Get started today!

This program is designed to help you get your first pull-up! This program will run 4-Weeks. At the end of each week you will test either your Negatives or Pull-Ups. I know we all start at different areas so there are drills and steps to practice that will help you get your first pull up. But also allow you to do more if you can already do a few! Each week there will be exercises to make sure you’re including to help strengthen your back and core. If you’re a beginner you will start by testing your negatives, and advanced (if you can do one pull up already) you will be testing pull ups. This program can be repeated for however long you want until you are at a place you feel confident in. It took me 8 weeks to go from 2 pull ups to 7. So give yourself time a grace. And feel free to run this program back after the 4 weeks!
