I’ve enjoyed taking the hard part out of guessing my workout, having a plan going into the gym has made everything simpler. This is most I’ve gone to gym in long time going for five consecutive days before I started this app. Have always been an avid runner for past eight years, I want to use that same energy and drive towards mastering workout plan.
