This is an all arms no BS BURNER 🔥🔥🔥! 

This is a great circuit to add definition and strength to your arms!

Perform all exercises back to back without dropping the dumbbells. 

It is a total of 60 reps per round.  

After each round perform 20 push-ups! 

Goal: 5 rounds! 

Time to Crush it 👊🏽

Hold dumbbells with palms facing your body.

Keeping your elbows close to your body curl weights toward your shoulder.  

Be sure to not swing your shoulders with each rep.

DB Bicep Curls

Stand tall keeping your back straight. 

Start with your arms up and at 90 degree with the dumbbells on your shoulders.

Press the weight above your head arms fully locked out.  

Make sure your Biceps are in line with your ears for each rep.

DB Shoulder Press

Hinge your hips back while maintaining a straight back. 

Drive your elbows back pulling the dumbbells into your chest.

Control the weights back when reaching your arms back to starting position

DB Bent Over Row

Start with the dumbbells in front of your body. 

Keeping your arms as straight as possible lift your arms out to your side to shoulder level.

DB Lateral Raise

Start with dumbbells in front of your body resting. 

Lift your arms straight out in front of your body keeping them and straight as possible. 

Raise them up to shoulder level.  

Control on the way back down.

DB Front Raise

Place your hands around one side of the dumbbell.  

Position the Dumbbell behind your head. 

Raise your arms above your head in a locked out position.  Make sure to keep your elbows drawn back to keep
The weight behind your head.

DB Over head Tricep Extension

I’m breathless. I guess that’s a good sign? I found the skater burpees a bit difficult - I guess I didn’t find the rhythm, so I just went with regular burpees. Is that not good? Great workout for home!
