As a former division 2 basketball player, life long elite athlete and having spent 7+ years in the fitness industry I’ve learnt that confidence in yourself starts with performance and results. Staying motivated is hard when you’re not seeing the results you expected. I’ve seen results for as long as I’ve been doing this through the combination of the right training methods. Dropping body fat and increasing overall strength is the priority

Goals

My playbook will teach you the formula to a lean athletic physique combining exercises to drop body fat % and increase strength so you can not only feel good but be confident of the body you’ve built.

Training Requirements

We will be using regular gym equipment. If you don’t have access to a gym I offer body weight programs which require no equipment
