What do (2324) mean?
This is for tempo reps. First number is the eccentric part of the rep (ex. Bench - lowering weight to chest) Second number is the pause after eccentric (ex. Bench - pausing the weight at chest) Third number is concentric part of rep (ex. Bench - pushing the weight off chest) Fourth number is the pause after the concentric (ex. Bench - pausing the weight in the locked out position)
