I started my journey with health & fitness back in 2014. I was 8 months postpartum with my daughter, and at the time I was at my heaviest weight wise, and at my lowest in regards of my self-esteem. I decided to slowly start working on myself, and over the course of that year I lost 95 pounds. I have also navigated my health & fitness through two pregnancies, as well as understanding, loving and embracing my new postpartum body to be stronger and healthier than ever. I have helped support hundreds and thousands of women on their journey, and as a busy mom of three, I understand that life can be hectic and it can be hard to put yourself first. My goal of you working out with me is that you feel more comfortable and confident in working out at home, and even in the gym. My workouts can be done at home with some minor modifications to certain workouts, but if you have access to a gym, it would be great to do these workouts there.
