I started my journey with health & fitness back in 2014. I was 8 months postpartum with my daughter, and at the time I was at my heaviest weight wise, and at my lowest in regards of my self-esteem. I decided to slowly start working on myself, and over the course of that year I lost 95 pounds. I have also navigated my health & fitness through two pregnancies, as well as understanding, loving and embracing my new postpartum body to be stronger and healthier than ever. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
