I am a licensed physical therapist and mom to 3 little girls. I’ve been in the wellness industry for more than 25 years and now I’m here! I want to empower you to be strong and recognize that strength is beautiful. In this space we will not talk about about weight or the scale, but instead how strength training makes you feel more confident, self aware and self loving. Training Requirements
My workouts can be done at home, but if you prefer the gym that’s fine too. You’ll need dumbbells, likely ranging from 5-25 lbs. This is very person dependent, so go at your own pace!
