I am a certified licensed athletic trainer and a huge advocate for functional body building. I got into health and fitness because I knew I had a passion to help people, not just in how they look but how they felt. Being able to go on the journey with someone and help guide them through their own transformation is something no dollar sign could be attached to. I’m in the business to change lives! I have years of experience in collegiate Division 1 athletics, NFL, and have been able to work alongside the best orthopedic surgeons in Miami! My playbook will be focused on advice and tips to functional training, mobility, nutrition, and how to live an overall healthier lifestyle while looking the best you ever have!
