This is great two weeks plan focused on building stronger abs and overall core. This plan is designed to exercise one day and have the next day off. You have 8 abs and core circuits in total to complete. Each circuit is about 20 mins long. All you will need throughout this plan is yoga mat; stability ball; medium heavy dumbbells, medicine ball (but you can use dumbbells if you don’t have one) and timer.
