Trainer and Co- Founder RANSANZ BODY LAB

Hello Rockstars! I am Ana, actual boxing and fitness trainer in Mexico City. Swimming was the root of all my passions; Next, triathlon, 6 years of high resistance trainings, competing all over the world. In Pandemic season i began my own program: RANSANZ BODY LAB, so you'll get all of my different workouts here in playbook. Co-founder at Beatness & Chavez Boxing Studios. I am a proud LULULEMON AMBASSADOR! -- Soy una profesional y apasionada del deporte, certificada en entrenamiento funcional, TRX, SGX Movement, Pilates, Boxeo y otros más. La natación fue la raíz de todas mis pasiones, posteriormente migré al triatlón, deporte con el cual recorrí varias partes del mundo. Carreras olímpicas, mundiales y un medio Iron son algunos de sus logros. En el 2016 me uní a un equipo de inversionistas para crear "BEATNESS", un estudio boutique donde la mezcla de luces y buena música acompañan tu workout, el entrenamiento se basa en intervalos de hiit y liit de ejercicios funcionales con carrera. Más tarde en el 2017, creamos un nuevo concepto de box. Nos asociamos a la leyenda del box "Julio Cesar Chávez" y creamos un estudio con su nombre: JC CHAVEZ BOXING STUDIO; un lugar donde la mezcla de box con ejercicio funcional, música y luces crean un ambiente retador y divertido al entrenar. Divertirse y disfrutar al entrenar es la clave para romper barreras.

Training Requirements
My workouts can be done at home, at the gym, or anywhere you are. We will always need a mat. Dumbells, Slam Balls, Kettlebell, Mini Bands and TRX are some implements we can use in some workouts. Workouts are easy to adapt with or without equipment.
