• FULL BODY WORKOUT

Exercise 1: Burpees 
Exercise 2: shoulder taps
Exercise 3: High knees
Exercise 4: Squat thrust 

▫️Work out hard for 20 seconds
▫️Rest for 10 seconds
▫️Complete 8 sets of each exercise
▫️4Rounds of 4min each with 1min rest between 

‼️If you feel like you're getting too breathless, extend your recovery times or take extra breaks as needed.
Be sure to listen to your body when doing any type of high intensity exercise‼️
