4 Week New Year Start

Kicking off the NEW YEAR 2023! This New Year program is 4 weeks long with 4-5 days a week of workouts. Workouts will be including: Lower Body, Upper Body, Abs & Core. I have Glute focused lower body days and different targeting muscle groups for upper body days and added cardio as well. As for REST days, rest is important but do what works for you. I added something for you to implement into the new year- outdoor workouts, fresh air and movement outside with 3 different options to choose from that you’ll see each week in which is optional. The goal of following this 4 week program is to set you up for success in the gym- with that being said. This program will help provide: 1. Structure 2. Consistency 3. Less thinking, more doing. When it comes to the app, it’ll have all the workouts set out & ready for you- with week, day, muscle group with reps and sets + video demonstrations !!! Some goals and things to implement into your routine for this challenge: *1 Gallon of water a day * 8-10k steps a day * 5-10 minutes of meditation * Daily Journaling + 3 things you're grateful for ( don't forget to date your journal) * 10 pages of a book everyday *To keep up with progress please take before pictures* Let’s get ready to crush this program and kick start this new year on the right note 🥳

Hi! My Name is Alyssa Wright, Welcome to my Fitness App! Health and Fitness has been a huge passion of mine and I am so excited to share it with you. Growing up with an athletic and sports background playing competitive softball I found my love for weight training and learning to live a happier and healthier lifestyle. The second I stopped playing softball, I felt lost, unmotivated and tried to find something that felt similar. I was used to the community, intense training, friendships and overall lifestyle that growing up playing sports brought me. With that being said, fitness and working out was something that felt similar and something that I felt a part of. I found a love for it and wanted to share my journey and goals so it could help others. I started sharing on social media platforms, got a job working at a gym working the front desk then shortly getting my personal training certification and becoming a personal trainer. When Gyms closed down In 2020 I started a Bootcamp that I hosted at a park 3 days a week and fell in love with the group style training and people that were brought into my life that I was able to help! Working out has brought me so many amazing relationships, happiness, and benefits. Not only has this journey brought me physical results but also helped me mentally in every aspect.
