Hi! My Name is Alyssa Wright, Welcome to my Fitness App! Health and Fitness has been a huge passion of mine and I am so excited to share it with you. Growing up with an athletic and sports background playing competitive softball I found my love for weight training and learning to live a happier and healthier lifestyle. The second I stopped playing softball, I felt lost, unmotivated and tried to find something that felt similar. I was used to the community, intense training, friendships and overall lifestyle that growing up playing sports brought me. With that being said, fitness and working out was something that felt similar and something that I felt a part of. I found a love for it and wanted to share my journey and goals so it could help others. I started sharing on social media platforms, got a job working at a gym working the front desk then shortly getting my personal training certification and becoming a personal trainer. When Gyms closed down In 2020 I started a Bootcamp that I hosted at a park 3 days a week and fell in love with the group style training and people that were brought into my life that I was able to help! Working out has brought me so many amazing relationships, happiness, and benefits. Not only has this journey brought me physical results but also helped me mentally in every aspect. Thank you for being here and supporting me and my journey! I can’t wait to help impact your life in so many aspects! Let’s do this!
Goals
My App will help push you & keep you motivated to get into the gym and CRUSH your workouts. You will have this accessible to you from workouts at home, in the gym, dumbbell only and so much MORE (coming soon). My goal and purpose of this app is to make working out simple & stress-free. Another one of my goals is to help you dial in your nutrition and mental well-being. Sharing daily meals, snack ideas, and daily habits/routines to implement into your life.
Training Requirements
My workouts can be done at home or in the gym. Most workouts can also be modified for minimal equipment, resistance bands or body weight. You’ll have video demonstrations + reps + sets and descriptions on how to preform an exercise.
