Hello!!-- ok Im sorry my feet are so dirty haha! I just moved in to this house and I've mopped like 6 times but they are still dirty lol! 

Do this workout with me! This is such a great full body pilates inspired workout! 

Here are your pregnancy modifications:

- ALWAYS listen to your body. If you are light headed or having any pelvic pressure or pain modify or end workout

- hold on to wall or chair for balance support if needed

- lay flat on ground and not on your elbows (you'll see what I mean lol)

- if there is coning or doming in core when in plank position go on an elevated surface!
