# = Jumping Jacks

- Start in a high plank position
- Take one hand off the floor and touch the opposite shoulder
- Repeating on the opposite side

R = High plank shoulder taps (20 per side)

- Elbows under shoulders and hands out front
- Keep entire body tight as you hold position for time

N = Plank (elbows)

E = Plank

- Lay with your legs and arms extended 
- As you raise your legs, reach your fingers toward your shins and raise your upper body off the floor
- Slowly lower yourself back and try not to use momentum

V = V-ups

- Push your hips as you come down
- Reach parallel and explode up

S= Jump squats

- Start with your hands just outside the shoulders 
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Keep your core tight as you come down 
- Extend your arms engaging your chest as you come up

A = Push ups

- Step forward keeping your chest up 
- Bring your back knee down until both legs are at 90 degrees 
- Step back to the initial position 
- Repeat on the other leg: reps are per leg

G = Forward lunge

- Place your hands on the floor
- Hop back bringing your body to the ground 
- Hop forward landing and standing straight up
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable
